Project Accelerate 11th – College (Ages 16–24)
Project Accelerate program prepares older teens and young women for college and workforce success.
Schedule: One Saturday each month • November 2025 – June 2026 • 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Summer Session: Eureka! • Date TBD • Eureka! is an intensive summer program that immerses girls in STEM, college readiness, and personal growth.
Overview:
Participants gain advanced workforce development skills, practice networking and interviewing, and receive 1:1 mentorship. Enrichment includes guest speakers and trips to Dover and Washington, D.C., ensuring girls graduate ready to pursue their academic, career, and leadership goals.
Project Accelerate addresses inequality in the workplace, particularly the absence of women of color in positions of influence and leadership, where pay inequity and gender disparities, including occupational segregation, remain far too prevalent.
