Girls Inc. of Delaware proudly presents the 32nd Strong Smart & Bold Awards Luncheon, an inspiring celebration honoring women who lead with courage, confidence, and purpose.

The awards recognize outstanding women whose lives reflect the Girls Inc. mission and values and who serve as role models for girls across our state.

Through this signature event, we celebrate women who break barriers, uplift their communities, and open doors for the next generation of leaders. Proceeds from the luncheon directly support Girls Inc. programs that help girls build confidence, explore careers in STEM, and develop the skills they need to grow up healthy, educated, and independent.
