Girls Inc of Delaware Brings on Emily Navarrete as Director of Programming & Ops
Girls Inc. of Delaware is pleased to announce the appointment of Emily Navarrete as our new Director of Programming and Operations. Emily brings a strong commitment to youth development, program excellence, and operational leadership that aligns deeply with our mission to inspire all girls to be strong smart and bold.
In this role, Emily oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of Girls Inc. of Delaware programs statewide. She will lead our program staff, supports partnership development, and ensures that our curriculum and operations maintain the highest quality and safety standards. Her leadership strengthens our ability to deliver consistent, research based programming that meets the needs of girls in elementary, middle, and high school.
Emily has a demonstrated history of building trusted relationships with school partners, community organizations, and families. She brings operational expertise that supports more streamlined systems, clearer processes, and stronger alignment across our sites and initiatives. Her experience in youth centered programming, coupled with her passion for equity and access, positions Girls Inc. to expand our reach and deepen our impact.

As Director of Programming and Operations, Emily will guide major efforts including program expansion, data informed quality improvements, cross county partnerships, and the development of consistent systems that support staff success and participant growth. Her leadership will help advance key initiatives such as Project Accelerate and GIDE summer and out of school programs.
