Empowering 9th through 12th Grade Girls with Yearlong Leadership and Workforce Readiness Programming!

Girls Inc. of Delaware is excited to announce a new school partnership with Glasgow High School beginning fall 2025 and continuing through spring 2026. Through this partnership, Girls Inc. will provide two of our signature programs, Project Dream Bold and Project Accelerate, to girls in grades 9 through 12.

This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to ensuring that girls have the support, skills, and opportunities they need to thrive academically, socially, and professionally. By bringing our research based Girls Inc. programming directly into the school environment, we can reach more girls, reduce barriers to access, and create consistent pathways for success.

About Project Dream Bold

Project Dream Bold focuses on helping girls explore who they are and who they want to become. Throughout the school year, participants will engage in:

• Early career exploration

• Leadership development and advocacy

• Experiential trips that broaden their world view

• Confidence building workshops designed to strengthen their voice and decision making

This program helps girls step into their power, tap into their leadership potential, and imagine bold futures for themselves.

About Project Accelerate

Project Accelerate prepares high school students for life beyond graduation through career readiness and real world exposure. Glasgow High School students will participate in:

• Workforce development sessions

• Career exploration activities

• Internship and externship opportunities

• One to one mentorship designed to support long term success

Project Accelerate equips girls with the tools to navigate the transition to college, career, and young adulthood.
